About my Silverado
I bought it with the help of my father brand new when I was 15 and have logged more thatn 80,000 miles on it. I took it drag racing and can pull off low 9's in the 1/8 mile. It tows like a champ, haul tons of scrap metal around town and whip you back in your seat on the street. After about three years of driving it I wound up rolling it on the way to work. After replacing the bumper, fender, wheels, and headlamps I had it painted at my father's MAACO shop. Greg Monaco prepped and painted the truck after Steve "Rooster" finished the body work. Along with the exterior of the truck, the engine bay and interior pieces got painted, too. Once finished I got hit with a board from an F-150 Lightning and it broke my headlamps again. Now I am currently driving with an in-progress truck. what other car can pull a drag car, trailer, tools and gas to the strip and race the tow vehicle, too?
