well my dad bought tha truck for 500 in 1982 and he had been slowly building it up since day one. came stock with a 250 straight six and a three on the tree !first big block under the hood was a 400 pontiac big block out of an old gto.well my dad passed in april of 08. leaving the truck to me to pick up were my dad left off today it has a 472 caddy with an edelbrock performer carb /mallory fuel pump a comp cam ,ford 9 inch rear end , and a 400 turbo tranny, other upgrades include power windows, tilt steering, disc brakes,yet to be done is the paint most the body is done just waiting on paint . i gotta find just the right blue my dad showed me the color blue he wanted it but i havnt been able to find it and i just cant slap some blue on there and call it done i have to make my dad proud !!
