Purchased in Albuqurque new mexico in 1981 and completely restored top to bottom inside and out. Modified and customized. Holder of 2 national truck show awards.

i am buyin a 66 g10 without the side window i took the inline 6 out and tore it completely down to bare block im thinking about puting a v6 in it but i dont have one and am not real sure if im going to get one or just bore the inline 6  30 over and put all new parts in the block im kinda at a stand still untill i figure it out do u have any sugestions or tips that i could use

This van is now for sale and is a vary rare complete restore. Van originated from Albuquerque N. Mex. For info. contact rvbvanassoc@aol.com. I only run the 1/4 a few times just to see what she would do. With the 4:11s in the rear I was turning the mid 14s. Not bad for an old van but for traveling benefits I mothballed the 4:11 and installed a 3:08 gear. I still have the 4:11 which will go with the Van.
