I have owned this ride for the last 33 years and it has gone through numerous changes over the years. The rear sports a 1929 Packard touring trunk, originally owned by a grandfather. The rear lights are from a 1967 Pontiac Firebird, mounted Vertically. The front is a Sectioned 1969 Pontiac Bonneville with Cadillac headlights. We used this setup to gain more air flow to the Griffith Racing radiator 5-core radiator to aid in cooling. This van draws quite the crowd at local Hotrod runs! I just completed a Disc Brake upgrade and am about to add power steering with a new tilt wheel. These old Chevies are so dependable! She previously hauled dry cleaning in the Washington,DC area prior to me purchasing her in the Virginia Beach area back in 1974! She had 160K on her at that time! This is the "First" van to appear on the "Truckin USA" show back in May 1989!

The missus and I were hoping that you might have been able to stop in for a visit and stay at our home on Lake Erie this past summer, on the way to the 35th Natz? Sorry that you didn't make it. I too have loved your "Self Styled" vans!!! Very unique in deed!! See ya again next spring at Van Fest!!
